I am defining Type I as being all cards restricted to 4, except for those on the restricted list at the time that I was playing, which are limited to 1. Ante cards are of course banned. I'll have to put together a restricted list page at some point, for now just look at any deck and you'll see a bunch of cards that I've only included one of each.
